A Note from Helena

Hi, and welcome! It’s been a long road to arrive here; to create this space and offer this work.

What I’ve learned through my own journey is that we truly don’t know what we don’t know. So much of what shapes our lives lives beneath the surface, quietly influencing how we feel, relate, and move forward.

Working with my intuition and the Akasha has been deeply supportive in understanding myself more clearly — my emotional patterns, inner landscape, and the deeper themes guiding my path. After exploring many tools and approaches over the years, this is the work that has helped me access insight in a way that feels both gentle and meaningful.

I believe one of our greatest strengths is learning how to listen to our own hearts and understand ourselves more fully.
